My stay at Station House was a delightful experience. The King room I occupied was spacious, clean, and offered a strong shower with plenty of hot water. The welcoming atmosphere of the café downstairs made for enjoyable breakfasts, especially the homemade options.

I faced significant issues during my stay. The access to the rooms via the fire escape was poorly lit, making it quite daunting, especially at night. The lack of indoor access after the café closed at 5pm put me at risk of navigating the dark stairs, which were slippery and unsafe when wet. there was minimal selection for breakfast, merely offering instant coffee which did not meet my expectations given the café's reputation for real coffee.

The room was comfy and the check-in was easy as. But the faulty bathroom tap was a real pain! Didn’t expect that.

The King room was quite spacious and made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs at 9am offered a self-service selection that suited my husband just fine.

There were significant issues with cleanliness, as the eco property initially offered seemed poorly maintained, with dust and cooking fat present. Not to mention, the bathroom facilities were subpar, encountering problems related to flushing waste due to restrictions on the bin. noise from the nearby A38 could disrupt the peace you might hope for during a stay. The heating issues made rooms uncomfortably cold at times, and the narrow outdoor metal staircases could be a struggle for anyone with mobility challenges.

The Station House, Dartmoor And Coast Located, Village Centre Hotel in South Brent is a gem! The room was comfortable, and the powerful shower was a delight. The staff were always friendly and accommodating.

The dining experience was lovely with a delightful veggie breakfast, while the charming decor made the atmosphere warm. Unfortunately, the cold water issue was disappointing.

We had a lovely stay at Station House. The king room was spacious, clean, and came with plenty of tea and coffee along with complimentary locally made fudge. The cafe downstairs offered delicious breakfasts, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming! The staff even helped us with nearby taxi arrangements which was greatly appreciated.

It was just a well-suited match for a short weekend trip in South Brent with value for money. The self-service breakfast was adequate, and my husband was pleased with the options. Make sure to check breakfast timings if you have early plans.

Guests appreciated the quality of the cafe downstairs, especially the fresh homemade breakfast options.
